2012 Spring Half Marathon & Marathon Training Group
What: 16-week program centered around Spring Marathons:  The Eugene Marathon (April 29th) and Tacoma City Marathon (and half marathon) May 6th.
When: January 7th through April 29th, 2012 (Informational breakfast on January 7th. First run is on January 14th, 2012. Start times may vary throughout the program.)
Where: Route 16, Pt. Defiance, and the Orting Trail for our longest runs.
Cost:

$75 -  Half Marathon/Marathon Training Group
$130 - 1/2 & Full Marathon Training group plus Turn it up Tuesdays
$130 - 1/2 & Full Marathon Training Group plus Bootcamp Thursdays
$180 - 1/2 & Full Marathon plus BOTH Bootcamp and Turn It Up Tuesdays

Whether you’re training for your first race or a hoping to break a sub-three-hour marathon pace, we know you’ll love the benefits of running with this fun, friendly, and informative group led by Coach Alexa & Coach Tony Seabolt of Narrows Bridge Running Club. Our number one goal is to teach you how to train right so you can run for life. You provide the perspiration, we'll provide the inspiration... along with group runs, training schedules, water stops, coaching expertise, pep talks, hugs, and more. Isn't it about time you started chasing your dreams?
*Joining the training group makes you eligible for a $10 dollar discount for both Coach Alexa's Turn It Up Tuesdays and Coach Tony's Boot Camp Thursdays.


BOOT CAMP THURSDAYS with Tony
When: 10 AM - 11 AM for 8 weeks
Where: Sehmel Park in Gig Harbor, WA
Session One--January 12th through March 1st. Your optional class "final" will be the March 17th St. Paddy's Day Dash in Tacoma.
Session Two--March 15th through May 3rd. Optional class "final" will be the May 6th Tacoma City 5K, Half-Marathon, or Marathon.
Cost:
$65 - Bootcamp Thursdays ONLY
$130 - 1/2 & Full Marathon Training Group plus Bootcamp Thursdays
$180 - 1/2 & Full Marathon plus BOTH Bootcamp and Turn It Up Tuesdays
Time to get ultra fit for your next half marathon, full marathon, or just running in general. Tony will take you through a variety of running-related exercises, footwork and general training on "how to mentally prepare for" and "pacing yourself" in half and full marathons. Choose from 2 eight-week sessions, or sign up for both.
