As always, this is a fun, low-key, grassroots race. That means minimal cost and minimal aid (though we do boast a pretty mean aid station)! No whining allowed!

RACE DISTANCES
9.6 miles=one loop
19.2 miles=2 loops
50K=3 loops and a 2.2-mile out and back (1.1 out and 1.1 back)
REGISTRATION
Online registration closes at midnight January 28th.
COST
The price is the same for all race distances so the more you run, the better the value!
$20 online
$25 day of race. You pay extra for procrastinating!
RACE START
7:30am for all race distances.
Early start at 6:30am for 50K runners expecting to take more than 7 hours. You will need to start with a headlamp or flashlight.
AWARDS
There will be awards for first male and female in the 50k Open, Masters and Supermasters (50+).
COURSE
This is a 9.6-mile loop around the Lake Youngs Watershed. The terrain is a rolling mixture of packed gravel, trail, and a very short section of road. The trail hugs the fence that goes around the watershed, so getting lost is not really an option. If you have crossed a road, you have gone off course.
