The plan - Wake Up. Eat Yummy Food. Run. Eat Yummy Food. Practice Yoga. Relax. Eat Yummy Food. Sleep. Repeat!
1-2 guided trail runs per day and one yoga class. Sessions each day to work on Technique, Strength, Nutrition and Training.
Retreat starts between 3-5pm Thursday, May 2 and goes to mid morning
Sunday, May 5th. We'll be based out of River Run Inn, in Winthrop, WA.
$275 includes Patagonia Capeline Tech Shirt (Women's sizing) and all meals (vegetarian) except dinner Saturday night.
