Get a Clue and celebrate the first two weeks of Spring by rediscovering your neighborhood or discovering a new neighborhood! Find clues, geocache and treasure hunt.

Downtown - Queen Anne - Capitol Hill

Get a Clue is a race and stroll through the streets of Seattle. Choose Capitol Hill, Queen Anne or Downtown, or go for broke and complete all three. Course will be open for two whole weeks so you complete it on your own schedule - day, night, weekend, lunch break, sunny, rainy, have your office compete during work, all at once, break it up over several days, fast or leisurely...

The way it works: Sign up as an individual or as a team. You can also sign up in the designated businesses in your neighborhood (please see neighborhood info on event website). You will receive an emailed clue sheet on March 18 with fun clues to places you might not have known about or well known places with interesting things you might have missed. Answer the question about each clue and submit your answer sheet to a participating business along the way. Every correctly answered clue sheet will be eligible for prizes from local companies. You will also recieve your own local discount card to businesses in your neighborhood. Take advantage of offers like two for one coffees, or happy hour pricing all day long. If you would like to race the course, that is an option as well. Prizes will be awarded for fastest individual and fastest teams. Please see information for the neighborhood of your choice on the event website. Prefer to use your GPS device? A geocaching option will be available on the clue sheets. Each neighborhood is designed to be completed in 3-4 miles. This is meant as a running or walking event. If you choose to use your bicycle please do not participate in the timed option.

*Price includes clue sheet, discount card and Get a Clue water bottle to take with you on your adventure.
*You are encouraged to sign up in advance but can sign up during the event as well. If you pre-sign up you will be emailed a clue sheet on March 18. If you sign up during the event you will be emailed a clue sheet that day.
*If you would like to explore more than one neighborhood we ask that you sign up separately. *Grand prizes will be awarded to individuals and teams who complete all three neighborhoods!
