YOUTH 2 MILE XC:

FREE 2 Mile Cross Country Race for Junior High kids to get a taste of what
Cross Country is like. Participants will represent their junior high school.
The race will be scored as a normal XC race and we will see which school
comes out on top.

> Cost: FREE!
> 9th Grade & Younger Only
> Start Time: 10:00 a.m.


ELITE 5K XC:

The Elite Run will have Top Finisher prizes. You must meet the requirements
below to participate.

> Cost: $10.00
> Men - 19:00 or faster 5k time
> Women - 24:00 or faster 5k time
> Start Time: 10:40 a.m.

OPEN 5k XC (with costume contest):

The Fun Run will have a prize for the best costume, but you have to complete
the entire race in the costume to be eligible to win!

> Cost: $10.00
> Open to all
> Start Time: 10:45 a.m.

    All proceeds will benefit the
Cedar Heights Track & Field program.
