- Raise Money to combat Autism! All profit is donated to organizations that work with children affected by Autism including therapeutic intervention, social and academic programs, advocacy and financial support.
- Participate in a run/walk that starts and ends at Point Ruston in Tacoma

- Bring your kids for the Kids Dash!
PLEASE NOTE THERE HAS BEEN A COURSE CHANGE, THE RUN WILL START AND END AT POINT RUSTON near WildFin Restaurant and Point Ruston Century 21 movie theater (NOT Stadium High School).
Registration
$25 on or before April 11th
$30 after April 11th
$35 on Race Day
*Online registration closes 5/19 at midnight.
Kids Dash
Children under 10 are eligible to participate in the Kids Dash. Kids Dash will start after the completion of the 5k Spring Forward Run & Walk. Participation is FREE!
T-Shirts

Packet Pickup
You can pick up your race packet on May 20th from 10am-7pm at South Sound Running @ Point Ruston, 5109 Grand Loop, Tacoma WA 98407... or on race day.
Awards
Cash Prizes for top 3 male and female finishers. Prizes for top 3 finishers in each age group: 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Raffle and Silent Auction
Raffle: All registered participants are eligible for a chance to win prizes. This year's prizes include: running shoes from South Sound Running, Performance Training Sessions with MVP FIT and CATZ Performance Training Studios, 1 Hour Massages and more.
Silent Auction: variety of items including sports memorabilia from Seattle Sounders and Mariners, gift certificates and other items will be offered at our Silent Auction from 8:00 AM 'til ~11:00 AM.
