How to Register a Team:
The Team Captain can download and print the Team Registration Form (link below), fill out completely and have all team members sign the event waiver, enlcose payment and mail to the address indicated on the form.

Team Entry Deadline: mail-in entry forms must be recieved no later than Thursday, September 23, 2010. Teams must register together. Additional team members cannot be added after a team registration form has been submitted. No refunds given.

Check the confirmation list approximately 2 weeks after mailing to confirm your entry has been received.  

Further Team Instructions: The team rate is available only to groups of 12 or more persons. A team must have at least 16 members before children 12 and under can be included as members. If there are at least 16 members, then the children's entry fee of $15 applies to child team members.

Each member of the team receives race giveaways.

Large Team Incentive: if your team has 18 or more members the team captain will receive a FREE You Go Girl! jacket as a "thank you" from the event.
