The Mud Mountain Dam 5K is a scenic course that starts on the road and turns to dirt trail. Walkers are welcome!
 
Strollers and dogs are discouraged on this course due to terrain.

Top 3 finishers in each age category will receive medals. 

All participants will receive a long sleeved technical shirt!

Pre Race Packet pick up availabale on Friday October 1st at Fleet Feet in Bonney Lake from 2-6pm.  Those who pick up then will be entered into a drawing for a free pair of shoes and the winner will be announced at awards after the race. 

Pre-registration (by 5PM on October 1st) - $20

Race Day registration- $25.

Registration opens at 8:30AM on race day

Race start: 9:30AM sharp!
